Dear Caroline,
We would like to thank you so much for looking after our little Charlie again last week. The care and attention that you and your team always give to him is exceptional, especially as he has a heart condition and is on so much medication.
He loves coming to stay with you and is always happy at Haytor Kennels. Last week when he was poorly you were amazing taking him straight to the vets and ensuring that you did everything possible for him. We are completely reassured leaving him with you. As you know we would not take him anywhere else even though we live some distance away. We would be delighted to recommend you and Haytor Kennels to anyone, it is for Charlie like a home from home.
